Innovation Academy

Existing university courses are too basic for implementing innovation in organisations, and the isolated experiences they provide are too atypical to give students a broad enough perspective to avoid the risk related to innovation.

Efficient Innovation made this observation long ago and has created its own in-company school, the objective of which is to accelerate learning of the key elements for successfully completing quality consulting missions in the field of innovation.

A recent trend is that companies are stepping up their internal innovation know-how. Consequently Efficient Innovation offers its customers the possibility of having their co-workers trained by the best coaches in its in-company school. It has also created supply contracts under which these experts are at first sub-contracted out by Efficient Innovation and are then transferred to the customer once they have completed the probationary period and training levels.

The training courses are tailored to the customer and may also comprise modules independent of Efficient Innovation.
